Valley View Estate is a custom home blending traditional and modern styles with clean lines and panoramic views of northern Cache Valley. Built by North Ridge Enterprises, it was featured in the 2023 Top of Utah Parade of Homes. Bair Design LLC prepared the construction drawings in collaboration with the homeowners and builder, translating the project vision into clear, buildable plans.

The official Parade listing credits Architectural Design to Bair Designs, and the home was honored in the Top of Utah Parade of Homes with Judge’s Award Best Kitchen Runner-up and Judge’s Award Best Master Suite Runner-up.
